Director Comey even conceded that former Secretary Clinton was “extremely careless” and strongly suggested that her recklessness very likely led to communications (her own and those she corresponded with) being intercepted by foreign intelligence services. There is no requirement in the law for intent. We are no longer a government of laws. John Roberts and his Court cannot read the plain language of the Constitution. FBI Director Comey cannot read the classified information statute. If you are a member of the Democratic Ruling Class, you don't have to trifle with little things like the law. That's for little people. And with that, the United States government has lost its legitimacy.
