Back on May 27 I posted on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's call for the world to respond to the North Koreans "unacceptably" torpedoing a South Korean patrol boat. The Norks puckishly replied that she was not very intelligent and a "funny lady." Don't you just love the sound of crickets at night? And the results of such a firm application of soft power?
