China has been quietly infiltrating our neighborhood in Central and South America. Now we are returning the favor with some retrofitted Trident subs that carry up to 154 Tomahawk cruise missiles each. While the three subs are a message to the Chinese, it's a flat out warning to North Korea. I'm guessing this is a move by Defense Secretary Gates on his own, since it is so out of character with the rest of this Administration's "foreign policy."
