SoCal Takes Major Stride in Reducing Air Pollution

That's my suggested spin for California authorities to take in response to Toyota's announcement yesterday that it is moving its North American headquarters and 3000 or so jobs to a suburb of Dallas, Texas. There will definitely be fewer cars on the road in the LA area after the move. A victory for the Greens!
