2013 Alfred E. Neuman Administrative Agency Award

John Beale, who was the EPA's lead on climate change and its highest paid employee, pleaded guilty in September to defrauding the U.S. government of $1M or so. Apparently he simply did not work for months and even years at a time and attempted to cover his tracks by saying that he was out on undercover assignments for the CIA.

Two questions: When does he get prosecuted for defrauding the U.S. taxpayer of billions on global warming (nka "climate change")? Does an agency that is so credulous as to believe such an incredible line of bull from one of its key employees and continue to pay him $1M deserve to exist?
