The Wins Just Keep Piling Up

Maryland's Obamacare exchange director just resigned after spending $107M on the roll out in that state. Oregon's own Rocky King, Cover Oregon (aka "Obamacare Oregon"), is also on a 3-month medical leave which is widely expected to become permanent. He spent $300M trying to get the turkey off the ground. Last I heard Cover Oregon had "enrolled" 3,500 people, by paper. It is unclear whether this means actually insured. Heckuva start.
